Karen has 8 years consulting experience, ranging from technical accounting projects and GAAP conversions to IPOs and finance transformation.  Karen has held senior consulting positions at Just Eat, Virgin Media, ABInBev and Avon and is most recently a regional and divisional CFO for a $1bn company.

Karen brings a much needed dose of energy and enthusiasm to finance change projects, blending technical expertise with the softer side of management, and has been repeatedly hired by Private Equity houses to handle the accounting for their acquisitions.

Karen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and held a training and public speaking role with the institute.
